Returns You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that handkerchiefs, due to hygiene reasons, are only returnable if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send the returned items. Prepare Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Ship Back the Items: Return the package via a traceable and insured shipping method. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Refunds Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect the condition, we will process your refund. Allow for up to 10 business days for us to process returns and post the refund to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process stated above. You can place a new order at any time for a different item.
Non-returnable Items Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
